Production Manager/Partner, responsible for all field operations. Jeff spent many years in the corporate world in sales and management; he combines those skills with his 14 years construction expertise. Jeff is a Team Leader for Habitat for Humanity and volunteers within the community.

Mike Tanaka

Field Supervisor

Field Supervisor, responsible for project teams. Mike has a diverse business background plus 18+ years in the wood floor industry. His construction skill set reflects in his detail work. Mike is active within the community and involved in various volunteer organizations.

Ken Behrmann

General Manager & Senior Partner

Ken was a VP in the financial world for over 35 years with leadership roles in various bank operations. Ken was responsible for planning and construction of executive offices, operational centers, and critical data centers in the US and Canada. Ken volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and church.
