1. Check attic, roof, and eaves for water damage
2. Replace seals and washers on leaky faucets
3. Change batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
4. Clean window tracks
5. Clean screens on windows and doors
6. Replace AC and furnace filters
7. Check AC condensation drain
8. Clean gutters and downspouts
9. Lubricate door hardware
10. Replace flushing mechanism in toilets that ‘run’
